The WEBB Remedy Podcast
The WEBB Remedy Podcast is an entrepreneurial Mindset Shifting project of WEBB Squared "Wealth through Entrepreneurship for Black and Brown Businesses" a North Carolina non-profit. WEBB's mission is to redress the racial wealth gap and build generational wealth by providing incubator-accelerator services to Black and Brown businesses. As an incubator-accelerator, WEBB Squared specializes in supporting BIPOC entrepreneurs, aiding them in overcoming internal obstacles to tackle external challenges with greater efficacy and autonomy.
Through tailored coaching and innovative training, WEBB expedites this transformation, empowering entrepreneurs to develop their enterprises with confidence, resources, and influence, thereby effecting positive change within themselves, their businesses, and their communities.
The WEBB Remedy Podcast is hosted by Stephanie Terry and Rinnie Orr, the co-founders and directors of WEBB Squared. The podcast accompanies a weekly Monday Mindset reminder blog and email to the entrepreneurs in the WEBB program. We believe that "our evolution begins with dialogue" and we aim to discuss and model the sometimes difficult and vulnerable conversations around mindset growth and transformation.

Talking points include:
- What is socialization?
- What is the Cycle of Socialization?
- Why is understanding this cycle valuable in our mindset shifting work?
Don't miss our WEBB's Gratitude Moment segment, where we express our thankfulness for individuals, groups, and organizations that support us in our mission.
We also introduce our new segment "Food for Thought" study questions designed to help our listeners integrate our conversations into their work and endeavors.
This week:
- think about and divide your life into 5 to 10 chronological chapters
- think about the most important important arcs that have shaped and defined you through these chapters.
As you do so, reflect on these questions:
- How have these arcs created any particular beliefs and/or belief systems that you believe about yourself and your place in the world?
- Have these arcs shaped any self-limiting beliefs that might be holding you back?
Thank you for listening!
