Inspired by conversational podcasts on deep meaningful subjects and ideas, the WEBB Squared "Wealth Through Entrepreneurship for Black and Brown Businesses" co-founders - Stephanie Terry and Rinnie Orr - have resurrected WEBB's podcast to accompany their Monday Mindset blog/email for the entrepreneurs in the WEBB Program. Our aim to is discuss issues around mindset and mindset transformation. We believe that "Our evolution begins with dialogue."

This week's podcast centers on the reactions we have when we are in the PANIC zone. Stephanie and Rinnie explore these different reactions, as well as provide a couple "hacks" to reprogram reactions and move from panic into a more productive zone of awareness.
